Refund policy

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE? 
Head Over Boots will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 5 days of purchase arrival. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). 
We do NOT offer Refunds but instead we offer store credit or exchange for an item of the same value as the one originally purchased.
Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur purchasing an item at Headoverboots.com. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Returns and exchanges: Our policy lasts 5 days after arrival day. If 5 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
Bodysuits, Jewelry or Accessories are not eligible for return or exchange. For information on how to get an exchange/store credit started please send an email to Headoverbootss@gmail.com
